MEN'S MINISTRY

Vision

Encourage men to embrace their God given purpose as disciples, friends, workers and for some, husbands and fathers through change groups. 

Rhythm

Bi/weekly - Each congregation has a number of men's change groups (2-4 people). Regionally a conquerors group is run for men. Connect with your city group leader to learn more.

Occasional - Each congregation occasionally organizes men specific get togethers. Connect with your location leader to learn more.

Quarterly - The regional events will bring together larger groups of men/ women from all English congregations. The topics covered over the course of a year will help give vision and direction for the main identities we collectively share as disciples of Christ. They will help connect and strengthen change groups, which are the regular discipleship focus. These are the seasons and their topics. These events will be announced at our gatherings.
Winter - Relationships/ Marriage/ Parenting
Spring - Hobbies/ Leisure
Fall - Friendship
Winter - Work

Yearly - The men will assemble regionally for the XCC or a Camping Trip. This will be organized by the men’s ministry leadership and announced at our quarterly events and our gatherings.
