WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Vision

Encourage women to embrace their God given purpose as disciples, friends, workers, and for some, wives and mothers through change groups.

Rhythm

Bi/weekly - Each congregation has a number of women's change groups (2-4 people). Regionally a conquerors support group is run for women. Connect with your city group leader to learn more.

Occasional - Each congregation occasionally organizes specific get togethers. Connect with your location leader to learn more.

Quarterly - The regional events will bring together larger groups of women from all English congregations. The topics covered over the course of a year will help give vision and direction for the main identities we collectively share as disciples of Christ. They will help connect and strengthen change groups, which are the regular discipleship focus. These are the seasons and their topics. These events will be announced at our gatherings.

Winter - Relationships/ Marriage/ Parenting
Spring - Hobbies/ Leisure
Fall - Friendship
Winter - Work

Yearly - The women will assemble regionally for the IF Gathering. This will be organized by the women's ministry leadership and announced at our quarterly events and our gatherings.
