WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO REACH QUEBEC?
Consistently, the province of Quebec is identified as the least reached place with the gospel in the western hemisphere. This should overwhelm us. This province is where the largest percentage of people in the western hemisphere is experiencing spiritual bondage and slavery. One could traverse the large land mass of Quebec and find thousands of church buildings, yet find very little spiritual vitality.
